In the BEL information area, Brussels Environment advisers are available to help individuals, professionals and schools to gather information at different levels about environmental issues, as well as about the services provided by Brussels Environment.

Access to the Brussels Environment Information Centre
At the Centre, located on the 1st floor, you will be able to:
- Obtain copies of Brussels Environment publications;
- Find practical information about the environment and energy (green spaces, air quality, ambient noise measurements, energy saving, etc ;
- Receive initial advice from general advisers on subjects such as energy premiums, environmental permits, labels and legislation;
- And much else besides.
